Third purchase, slightly dented product
Our experience with Solo Stove has been great! Even though we got a product that was a little dented, their customer service quickly sent us a brand new one that was in perfect condition. We were really impressed with how fast and dedicated they were to making sure we were happy. We would definitely tell others to check out this company.

Firm pillows
I saw this ad about a density guide for pillows from this company and it got me interested. So, I ordered one of each to figure out which one I'd like best. Turns out, the pillow was way too firm for me and I was bummed when I found out they don't do exchanges for a different density. I emailed customer service to let them know how upset I was and to see if we could work something out. Their response was polite, but they couldn't help me out.
