Expensive necklace broken after less than a year
I'm really bummed about the necklace I bought at that store. It was pricey, so I thought it would hold up well, but it ended up breaking less than a year later. The people at the store weren't helpful at all, just trying to push me to buy another expensive necklace. It really soured my whole impression of the company.
