I ordered a MBP M1 16/1TB on 11/27 with AppleCare. Received it 01/14. Contacted them once about the delivery and the response was very quick (slow shipping due to demand). Also got confirmation of AppleCare coverage from Apple the same day as delivery. Great way to save some money if you are not in a huge hurry.
