    Bracelets for Christmas gifts

    On line order:
    I NEVER leave reviews, but I felt that I needed to on this. Order items 4 items on November 28th, 2022. I received only 2 of them. Emailed the company and were quick to respond. Said they would be shipping out the additional 2 on December 9th. I get an email on December 16th that they are out of stock. I picked 2 other Items to replace and now saying it takes 5-7 days to process and would and could -not guarantee Christmas delivery. I asked since this has been many errors on there part, if they could expedite this order so I can get this gift by Christmas and answer was pretty much No. So shipping is extremely extremely slow, several errors on my order and no accommodating and no care or concern to make up for it. Thanks Karma and Luck for ruining my nieces Christmas present they wanted. So they refunded my money on 12/19/2022 let's see how long it takes for that. Will never order from them again!!
