I ordered from this company the beginning of Dec, 2021. I did receive a confirmation, but have not received my purchase nor have I received any response from emailing customer service. It's difficult to track the product and when you do find a tracking it says it's shipped yet it never moves from the original tracking destination. Beware of this company beautybigbang. Sounds as though they are a scam from everything I have been reading. Never again, thank God I did not spend much money

Ordered 23 November money was taken sent lots of emails no response nothink has arrived no refund never again will i purchase from them again released was a scam to late and review s were a sham
I ordered the 60 piece makeup dec 24 they have not sent me any tracking numbers or email if or when its coming.money was taken out same day this is bs it was a late Christmas present.
Haven't received my orderd either, I tried contacting them via customer supports, no response.
