Stir fry beef and flat iron
The stuff I got was kind of hit or miss. The beef for stir fry was more like stew meat and needed a good amount of braising to make it tender. On the other hand, the flat iron steak was tasty and just right in terms of tenderness. Although, a heads up about the tough nerve running down the center of the flat iron steak would've been nice - especially for folks who aren't familiar with the cut. In the end, I was happy with my order and might order again sometime.
