Redken Extreme Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioner
I will never order from them ever again! I ordered the Redken Shampoo and Conditioner on April 24th, and received the free samples on May 19th, but nothing I ordered. I called and was told that there was a UPS tracking number for the shampoo that was being shipped to me, and since it had been so long they'd give me a 15 percent discount. On May 28th I called again and the lady was very nice, but couldn't tell me why I hadn't received what I ordered. They have it in stock, but was not sure what happened. She than expedited my order. I called back again on May 30th, and explained the situation to a different person. She straight up told me that she would just refund my money, cause she didn't know what was happening with my order. Anyway I'm still waiting on my refund, and am very disappointed about this whole experience. I really wanted to do business with Hair.com. I did find the products at my local Ulta. Thank you Jesus!
