My husband ordered this 11/22 as a Christmas gift for me. Shipping was to be in 3-5 days. It is 12/14. He has called every day, leaving a message (can’t talk to a real person) and has emailed their customer support every day, with standard response of “someone will contact you.,,” , only that never happens. Buyer Beware.
