Trimmer and charger
I was pretty happy when I first checked out their website because they had a ton of options at good prices. But then, when I got my order, the charger didn't work. I reached out to customer service, and they got back to me really fast. They said they could either give me some money back or send me a new charger. I decided to just get my money back and went to buy a charger at a store near me. The only downside was that it took a while to get my order delivered.
