Jacket purchase with overnight shipping
I recently bought a jacket and paid extra for overnight shipping, hoping it would come on Tuesday. But then I got a notification saying there was a problem with the shipment, so it wouldn't arrive until Wednesday. I tried getting help from customer service because I was leaving for Sweden on Wednesday, but this guy Mohammad wasn't much help at all. I tried everything but the company just didn't seem interested in helping. I eventually contacted UPS, and they said Tommy could cancel the shipment. After a bunch of tries, I finally talked to Tyshema at Tommy. She said a supervisor would call me with a solution, but nobody ever did. The jacket ended up coming on Wednesday, but I was already in Sweden by then. The whole thing was really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company because the service was awful.
