Clothes for my son
I recently bought some clothes for my son from a store in the US, but when we got back to South Africa, they didn't fit him right. I was bummed because I thought I'd have to go through the headache of returning them from afar. But, man, was I pleasantly surprised by the awesome customer service I got. They really went above and beyond to help me out. They sent replacement items my way, even threw in some extra sizes just in case. I offered to send back the ones that didn't fit, but they were like, "Nah, just gift them." Their service was top-notch, way beyond what I expected. I was blown away by their kindness and eagerness to help. I'm definitely gonna shop there again in the future.
track suit is good in fitting
i was looking for track suit for my son and the issue was finding the right size. Also i had no time for market shopping , so i wanted to get one online and fast as soon as i can
His school asked for bringing the track suit for sports day
so after looking for options i found one here. The tracksuit is not expensive even though the material used is really good and overall it looks great too
also the fitting is perfect too because of which he can wear it comfortablyWell-made clothing, reasonable prices
I went to the store to check out some new clothes and I was so happy with what I found. The clothes were really well-made and they had a great variety to choose from. The prices were pretty good too. I ended up buying a few things that caught my eye. The staff was really nice and helped me find exactly what I needed. It was a really good shopping trip overall.
White dress shirt purchase
I was a little unsure about buying because of the bad reviews, but I was so surprised when my white dress shirt arrived super fast! It came just two days after I ordered it, even earlier than expected. The quality was even better than I thought, and my son loved his new shirt!
Rain boots and watches
I ordered some rain boots from the website, but man, they were terrible quality. They broke before I even got to wear them! I could tell right away that they were just glued together, not even properly sewn. And to top it off, I also ordered 2 watches that were a total let down. They were made from super cheap materials and looked like knock-offs you'd find on Ali Express. The worst part was the man's watch - the strap was so tiny, it wouldn't fit a normal dude, let alone a teenager. I tried reaching out to their customer support, but they totally ignored me. It's so frustrating dealing with their lack of care for customer satisfaction. Even the stuff I bought before faded after just a few washes. I'm definitely not ordering from them again, no way.
Lost Birthday Gift
Can you please help me out? I reached out to you because I'm having trouble with a missing item. It was supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister, but I never got it. I've tried contacting your customer support team a few times, but I either get really late responses or no response at all. I just want a friendly solution, or else I might have to escalate things by contacting the police or leaving negative feedback online. All I really want is my money back. Please lend me a hand! Thank you.
Jacket purchase with overnight shipping
I recently bought a jacket and paid extra for overnight shipping, hoping it would come on Tuesday. But then I got a notification saying there was a problem with the shipment, so it wouldn't arrive until Wednesday. I tried getting help from customer service because I was leaving for Sweden on Wednesday, but this guy Mohammad wasn't much help at all. I tried everything but the company just didn't seem interested in helping. I eventually contacted UPS, and they said Tommy could cancel the shipment. After a bunch of tries, I finally talked to Tyshema at Tommy. She said a supervisor would call me with a solution, but nobody ever did. The jacket ended up coming on Wednesday, but I was already in Sweden by then. The whole thing was really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company because the service was awful.
Gold tone watch
I got this gold tone watch as a gift a year ago and man, let me tell you, it's tarnished like crazy. It's a total disaster! I thought it would be better quality considering the price, but I guess you can't always judge a watch by how shiny it looks. Needless to say, I definitely won't be buying from them ever again.
Tommy Hilfiger bikini briefs four pack!
I bought two, 4 packs of the Tommy Hilfiger boxer briefs I have pictures but no way to attach them. They started disintegrating even though I use cold water I did not use any bleach of any kind. I follow the directions on the package and they still disintegrated. I treated them as delicates and dried. They just disintegrated there’s nothing more to be said for workmanship, poor quality cotton that’s it. I reached out to company to ask for replacements or refund so far heard nothing back. blacks are a bad color they fade very much even though I use the delicate detergent for colors only. I suggest they go to gray light or dark grays because these things should not lose color but they do.
