Damaging software experience
The software totally messed up all the SEO work I did by hand on my website. Even though I asked the author for reassurance before doing any campaigns, my site has plummeted three pages in keyword searches, and it looks like the damage is permanent. I'm really bummed out and wish I hadn't relied on the software. I highly recommend not using it.
