I've been using this company for three years now, and I've always been happy with their products and the great customer service they offer. Up until now, I've never had any problems with their contacts - they've always been comfortable and lasted all day. But lately, I've started to notice a drop in quality. Some of the contacts have been irritating my eyes and even falling out. It's got me worried because this has never happened before. I'm starting to wonder if they've changed suppliers or manufacturing methods causing this decline in quality.

Free sample promise
I've had such a frustrating experience with this company. I kept getting emails saying I'd get free samples and sample packs, but guess what? They never showed up. I tried ordering online, by snail mail, and even over the phone, but nada - no samples. It's so disappointing to think you're getting something cool for free, only for it to never come through. Feels like they're tricking us with false ads and wasting my precious time. I don't trust their word anymore and now my opinion of the company is totally tarnished.
