Pants purchase
The customer service at this store was really great. I bought a pair of pants, but later decided I wanted a different color, so I contacted them through their online chat app. They couldn't change the color, but told me to cancel and reorder. I also had trouble using a first-time discount on my second order online. Even with these issues, the customer service team was quick and polite. They canceled my first order, refunded my money, and gave me the discount on my new order. The ordering process could be better, but their customer service definitely saved the day.
