I bought a pair of pants, but later decided I wanted a different color, so I contacted them through their online chat app. They couldn't change the color, but told me to cancel and reorder. I also had trouble using a first-time discount on my second order online. Even with these issues, the customer service team was quick and polite. They canceled my first order, refunded my money, and gave me the discount on my new order. The ordering process could be better, but their customer service definitely saved the day.
Jackets
I gotta say, I was pretty pumped to get my order from this company as a European customer. The jackets are top-notch and I'm a big fan of the brand. But I gotta admit, I was a little bummed out by the shipping fees. Seemed kinda high, especially when I see other US companies offering free international shipping after you spend a certain amount. And when you throw in customs charges, the total cost can end up being twice what you originally paid. As much as I dig their stuff, I might have to think twice about ordering again because of those extra costs.
