This feels like a massive scam. I ordered my items nearly 30 days ago and have yet to see a shipping notification. Customer service totally unresponsive. Of course, they've already charged my card, but I will be refuting the charge with my credit card company.

Lucy Top & Bolero
I can't say enough about this company, their service & the quality of their products. I bought the Lucy top in off white & black as well as a black bolero. The quality is superb. There was a glitch in shipping, but I received responses to my emails within 24 hours. They were extremely helpful & accommodating. Highly recommend.
Have you emailed them? I did & got response within 24 hours. It took a little longer to receive clothes, but was so worth it. Best of luck.
