Broken ring, excellent customer service
My ring broke, and unfortunately I couldn't get a refund. But let me tell you, the customer support was absolutely fantastic! They asked me to send a photo, and even when I couldn't find the ring, they still went above and beyond to assist me. They ended up refunding me a portion of my order total as a thank you. Now that's what I call top-notch service!
