I just ordered some skincare stuff from this company and man, it was a disaster. Their customer service was a complete joke - totally unprofessional. They couldn't even give me a straight answer about my missing order and didn't really seem to care about fixing the problem. It's really disappointing to see a company put so little effort into taking care of their customers.
