The customer service is literally an absolute joke. I reached out to change the shipping address on a package (5min after I purchased) due to an issue with Paypal. They said they can’t do anything about it and that I need to contact the shipping co. I asked to just cancel it so I can reorder properly. They completely did nothing to help. What is their use honestly? Get it tg. If you are charging these ridiculous prices for cotton then act like a REAL business and hire actual people.
