Large order, paid for express shipping
I bought something important from this online store and paid extra for fast shipping. But, things didn't go as planned. I had a bunch of problems, especially when I tried to talk to customer service. I tried contacting them a few times since I made my order, but I never heard back. On top of that, one of the things I ordered wasn't in the package, and I only found out when they sent me an email about it being out of stock. It's really frustrating and disappointing that they haven't been clear with me. I was excited to try their stuff because I'm a loyal customer, but now I'm just let down. This whole thing has left me super unhappy and makes me wonder if this brand can really give good service.
