Leather jacket purchase
Ugh, I was so annoyed when I got my leather jacket and the zipper was broken. And to top it off, someone just shoved it in the pocket like it was no big deal! That jacket was super expensive, you know? They didn't even bother to check it before sending it out. Not cool, man. But then I realized the thermal lining was missing too! So I contacted customer support and honestly, they took care of it right away. Big shoutout to them for saving the day!
