I order the DVDs from here and its so good. However, i am still practically daily but its helpful for building my overall confidence, and its really awesome. I really liked so far and i am looking forward to seeing how this will go
Fight fast offers the customer service which is most attentive and professional that i so far have seen. They helped me time to time , also they have other different stuff for learning the fighting techniques including self defiance and some serious good items to learn.
