Top-notch customer service
I gotta give it to this company, their customer service is top-notch. I had to reach out to them twice for different things, and both times they were fast and professional in getting it sorted out. I've bought three things from them - sheets, a bag, and a tablecloth - and all of them are just awesome. If you want a company that really cares about its customers and stands behind their products, this is the place for you.
