Flower arrangement
I recently ordered a really pretty flower arrangement for a special occasion, but man, let me tell you, it was a bummer. The ordering part was easy peasy, but when it came to the actual flower delivery, it was a letdown. The flowers didn't show up when they were supposed to, and when I reached out to customer service for some help, they were totally unhelpful and brushed me off.
At first, I thought the prices were reasonable, but after seeing the poor quality and late delivery, I felt like I wasted my money. The delivery itself was a mess - the flowers looked sad and past their prime by the time they got to me. All in all, my experience with this company was a letdown, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
