Patio set purchase
I was really disappointed with the patio set I got from Cosiest. It took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, the pieces were all messed up. When I called customer service, they basically said tough luck and wouldn't give me a full refund because I didn't have the original boxes anymore. The set itself was super flimsy, especially for the hefty price of $1500. It was a complete waste of money, and I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone else. Plus, the set was made in Vietnam, which might explain why it was so crappy.
