My experience with the company has been amazing. I was a loyal customer for a few months when I sadly had to reach out to let them know that one of my dogs had passed away. I wanted to cancel her part of our monthly order, as I had already been charged for the month. They responded super quickly, within 5 minutes, and agreed to cancel her subscription. They even gave me a refund for her portion of the food. Not only did they handle the situation with care and efficiency, but they also surprised me by sending a lovely plant as a condolence gift. This kind gesture really touched me and showed me how much they value their customers.
