    Heated gloves

    They only SHOW 5 star reviews on their website, doesn't that seem a bit suspicious? I ordered a pair of heated gloves on 12/13/21, they were not even shipped until 12/30/21, received on 01/04/22. Only had 7 days to try out and they did NOT heat up as shown or described on website. Tried out on 01/08/22 since I work during the week and we go out riding (UTV) on Saturdays (enclosed cab with heater). We hike so I wanted some heated gloves since my fingertips always get cold in the winter. Tried them out on 01/08/22, did not work so I thought I would give them one more try the next Saturday 01/15/22, still did not work. Contacted customer support, you can only email, they will not talk to you on the phone. Got an email back stating I should try all of the steps listed in the directions booklet (already did that TWICE) then I should turn the gloves on high, leave to heat up for 10 minutes then take a thermometer and test the temperature and send them a picture, SERIOUSLY? Email them back, told them I did not have a human thermometer in my house since my son was now an adult and I had had no use for one for years. They then email me back and tell me it has been past the 30 days since I had ORDERED so I could not get a refund. SERIOUSLY??? It took them 17 DAYS just to mail my order and another 5 for me to get it, 22 days and they think they should only offer a customer 30 TOTAL DAYS AFTER ORDERING to file for a refund. TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS AND UNREASONABLE!!! Complaint filed with BBB and my credit card company!
