Evidence-based workbooks
I really can't say enough good things about these workbooks that are based on actual evidence! They have been such a huge help for me, my friends, and even the people I work with in therapy. The way they guide you through things just makes so much sense and is easy to put into action, making them super useful tools for growing and improving yourself. Plus, I gotta give props to the quality - they're so well-made with the lay-flat design and tough binding that they're just a dream to work with. I really hope they keep up the great work in the future. Yeah, they might be a bit pricey at first, but the benefits and how well they work totally make it worth it.
