Learning about emotions
These journals have been so helpful in getting me started on paying attention to my emotions. I never really gave it much thought before, but now I'm seeing the importance of opening up about my feelings to connect better with others. It's been a bit strange at first, trying to figure out what exactly I'm feeling, but these journals are making it easier. Therapeutic journals and courses
I was seriously amazed by how great Switch Research's therapeutic journals and courses are. I didn't think they would be that effective, but the journals combined with the therapists' guidance really made a big difference for me. Reading the journals by myself would have been good, but having a therapist walk me through each lesson was priceless. I can honestly say that Switch Research has helped me in ways I didn't even think were possible. I've told my friends and family about it because of the amazing benefits I've gotten from it.
