I'm all about self-reflection and personal growth, so I made the choice to buy the Emotions Journal from Switch Research. I've been using it consistently, and let me tell you, it's been a game-changer. I bring it up with my therapist during our sessions, and it's really helped us dive into my emotions and how I'm moving forward with healing. The prompts and exercises in the journal make me think hard and really get to the root of my thoughts and feelings.
