Worried, bad reviews, quality
As a customer, I was kind of nervous about buying from this company because I read some bad reviews. After I placed my order, I had a problem with the tracking code they gave me, it said "no parcel on this code". But I decided to email their customer support, and surprisingly, they got back to me in less than 12 hours with a new tracking code that actually worked. I was so relieved when my package arrived on time, and the product was really great quality. Even though I was worried at first, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this company to others. If you're in the same boat as I was, don't stress too much about those negative reviews - they're probably just from "Karen's".
