Bamboo flooring installation in Florida
I recently put in bamboo flooring in my big Florida house, even though everyone told me not to. I did everything Cali Bamboo said to do for acclimatization and installation, but it’s been a total nightmare. The floors looked amazing at first, but after six months, they started to warp room by room. And whenever there's a spill or a pet has an accident, the stains won't come out, even with the Bona cleaner they recommend. Now, I have to pull up all the floors and replace them, which is going to cost a fortune. I really recommend listening to the advice and not putting in bamboo flooring in super humid places like Florida.
