Hello, I am writing to inform you that I have just received my order and it arrived inconsistently. I received only 3 items, the backpack and 2 caps, everything else I was waiting for did not arrive and right now I am very frustrated because I wanted to receive my complete order, I need to know if it comes in another package or I will receive a refund for the items I did not receive, but I thought they would notify you if a product did not arrive, this expectation is very frustrating for me.
