I am sorry but I cannot say one positive thing about blooom.
First, they have no phone number for customer support?
Second, all your communications with them will be inside a chat box.
Third, if they try to get you to initiate some event inside your 401, it must be done during banker hours.
Lastly, when questioned about these desperately needed customer support functions, you will be told simply that it keeps their costs down.
