I ordered some things on June 17th but never got a confirmation email. When I checked on their website, it said there was no order under my name! I called the number they provided, but they just told me to email them - of course, when I tried, my email wouldn't send! I got nervous and told my bank it was fraud. But you know what? My stuff did end up arriving, and they eventually got back to me via email! So, I guess they aren't all terrible after all.
