iPhone 7+ replacement screen and battery
I just got a replacement screen and battery for my iPhone 7+ from an online store. It arrived earlier than I thought but didn't have the tools I needed to install it. I emailed customer service and they sent the tools right away. The whole ordering process was smooth, they communicated well, and resolved my issue quickly and professionally. I haven't put in the battery yet, but the new screen is working great. All in all, it was a good shopping experience.
