My experience with this company has been really good. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them and everything has been smooth with my orders. I like that they are super detailed in their emails about delivery. They always give the order number, a summary of what I bought, and clear info on delivery like when it should arrive, the tracking number that's coming, and how to use it. The one thing they could work on is making their discount codes easier to understand. Sometimes I get confused because they might only work on final sale items and not on flash sale items. But overall, I still think they're great and I give them a high rating, especially since I believe some of the confusion might be because of language differences.
