My recent purchases
My experience with this company has been really good. I've bought a bunch of stuff from them and everything has been smooth with my orders. I like that they are super detailed in their emails about delivery. They always give the order number, a summary of what I bought, and clear info on delivery like when it should arrive, the tracking number that's coming, and how to use it. The one thing they could work on is making their discount codes easier to understand. Sometimes I get confused because they might only work on final sale items and not on flash sale items. But overall, I still think they're great and I give them a high rating, especially since I believe some of the confusion might be because of language differences.
Excellent quality and packaging
I just have to say, I am seriously blown away by the quality of the stuff I ordered from this online store. The materials they used are top of the line and the way everything was put together is just perfect. And let's not forget about the packaging - it was top notch too, making sure my things got to me without a scratch. The attention to detail is seriously impressive and definitely went above and beyond what I was expecting.
Cute clothes
The clothes were really cute and I had so much fun reading the descriptions. I liked that there were so many choices to pick from, it was great. I don't think I'll shop here all the time though, because the cost to ship is almost as much as the clothes I like. But the items I did purchase were really nice and I'm happy with them. Thanks a bunch!
Confusing coupons, gifts, return policy
I was so confused when I tried to use the coupons New10 and SAVE10 at checkout. They weren't working, and I couldn't figure out why. In the end, I just went ahead and bought some gifts for my wife. I really hope the return policy is decent in case she wants to exchange or return them.
Big shirt
I got this shirt that ended up being too big on me, so I had to reach out for a smaller size. I'm just waiting for the return address so I can swap it out. The shirt seems nice, but I can't even tell for sure 'cause it's so oversized.
Clothing items
As someone who shops online a lot, I know how important it is to get good quality clothes. I like all the different styles they have on this website, but I really prefer to see the fabric and how it fits before I suggest buying something. And being a regular Amazon Prime member, I gotta say the shipping costs can be way too much, especially when I'm grabbing stuff from the clearance section. Those extra charges can make the whole cost way more than what the item originally cost.
Detailed sizing charts and extensive inventory
The info on the clothes they had was awesome - tons of angles, colors, and sizing charts for each piece. Made it super easy to decide what to buy. And they had a huge selection to pick from! The prices were also really good, which was a nice bonus.
Returns policy frustration
I really think returns should be simpler. It's such a hassle and honestly makes me not really want to shop here. Can you just give me my money back, please? And can you also make sure to label your products with the real material used, not just fancy words like jersey?
Awesome clothes selection
The clothes here are really cool! I bought a bunch of stuff and was hoping to snag some final sale items as a little treat for spending so much. Unfortunately, the options they gave me weren't really my style. It would be a lot more exciting if I could choose a fun final sale item instead! Also, why are the shipping charges so expensive for those items? Not cool. Maybe they could offer us a final sale item for every $25 we spend on regular priced items without charging us for shipping on those final sale items. That would be so much better!
