I really think returns should be simpler. It's such a hassle and honestly makes me not really want to shop here. Can you just give me my money back, please? And can you also make sure to label your products with the real material used, not just fancy words like jersey?

Recent clothes order
I bought some really cute clothes from their site, but it's been more than three weeks now and my order still hasn't been shipped. I've sent them multiple emails trying to get an update or even cancel my order, but they haven't replied at all. It seems like I'm not the only one dealing with this problem because I've noticed a bunch of complaints on social media about how bad their service is. I heard some folks had to wait on hold for hours just to speak to someone who wasn't even helpful. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them at all!
