Hey, so I've been having some tech issues and it's been a real struggle trying to find someone who speaks English at this place. I just got a new card so I can't use mobile pay. Also, I need to figure out how to have two windows open at the same time, but I have no idea how to do that. Every time I try to chat with the employees, they ask me about stuff I don't even understand. Why can't we just call someone like we used to? Remember when phones were a thing? Now I can't even use mobile pay because of all the security stuff. I really need some help here.
