Flight deal purchase
After I bought a flight deal, I was pretty bummed to see that it didn't live up to what was advertised. So, I called customer service to ask for my money back since they kept sending me the same offers for that destination. But, they said no. The other deals they showed me weren't any more impressive than what I could find on other flight comparison sites. Bottom line, I wasn't happy with the service and I felt like the company tricked me with their offers.
