Delivery on April 15th 2021 took 21 days, not the worst, not the best- 3 stars
Their prices are way too high
The main problem I had was I returned the 3 hoodies May 3rd, accepted by RVCA warehouse May 12th, got automated email saying I'd receive a credit in 7 to 10 days. That never happened. Called 3 times hung up on before connecting to a human 2 times, 3rd person said sorry will fix it. Didn't fix it. Many emails ( automated) responding to my 15 emails the following week stating oh sorry we will fix it. NOPE. They never fixed it. A manager after me requesting one was unapologetic said it's already been processed it was an accounting error we didn't know about and now, 1 month after never receiving my refund I filed a fraud form with my bank. This company should be banned. And they offered no compensation for my month of trouble and lack of funds, manager was not helpful and my issue was never resolved
