Online subscription difficulties
I ran into a really annoying problem with my online subscriptions the other day. Couldn't change them online, so I had to call customer service for help. Thought I'd have to sign up for everything all over again, which was a real pain. Can't believe such a simple thing isn't an option online. Wish it was more like Amazon where managing subscriptions is super easy. Products are great, but the subscription process needs some serious improvement for a better customer experience.
