L'oreal pro longer shampoo
So, first time ordering from hair.com. After my stylist used the L'oreal pro longer during my salon visit, I fell in love. My salon had the products at a crazy high price, so after returning home I did some research and came across hair.com site. The prices were great, the ordering process went smooth and the items were in stock. After a few business days I received my order. To my surprise, I only received the pro longer conditioner and two sample pureology packets with a copy of my purchase receipts. I emailed customer service and after a few days, no response back. Then I received an email showing they sent me the shampoo and even waived the shipping cost. Just received the package this morning and once again, no shampoo just another pureology sample packet with a receipt of the pro longer shampoo item listed. Like seriously?! How tf do you send a damn near empty package?! I emailed them once again and advised them to just keep the damn money. Clearly they need it more than I do. I will never purchase another product from this company ever again. Worst experience ever! Don't get me wrong, things happen and I get that. I have had bad experiences with other companies before, but never had an issue when trying to resolve it. Apparently this company sucks at customer service and packaging products that people pay for. I believe it's because they don't have items in stock that they claim on the site, or they have some serious incompetence when it comes to inventory. I would also like to add, this has been my very first review with any company, other than services companies ( like home improvement). This company needs to either close up shop or get their sh*t together and stop robbing people!
