Shoes
Ordered shoes from Stride Rite site online. Paid extra for express shipping which is 2-4 days. I received a shipping update stating shoes would arrive on what would be day 5-6, Contacted customer service via their online chat and was informed that shipment fell within express shipping time limit due to fact that I should have added 1-2 days for processing. This was not indicated anywhere on their website. I would not have paid extra for express shipping if I had known this. This is deceitful. It's a shame because Stride Rite shoes are very good shoes, especially for new walkers but I will never recommend anyone use their online ordering.
