Review about: Fat Brain Toys
Several items for grandsons
I don't write a lot of reviews for online purchases, but had to this time. Great customer service - something I ordered wasn't going to make it by Christmas, so Fat Brain sent me an email to notify me. (The items they did have arrived quickly.) The phone rep was very polite and helpful - quick service and I was able to speak DIRECTLY with them when I called the toll-free line (no need to navigate through automated system delays)! Loved it - what a nice change of pace from most TF numbers!.

Horrible customer service. They do not respond to you at all. They take your money and never look back. Do not buy from them!!!
