Face and neck cream
I had a really good experience ordering from this company. I placed an order last Christmas, and got an email saying my package was delivered, but I never got it. I called their customer service in the United States from the UK, and they quickly told me they would refund my purchase.
The next day, the package actually showed up - turns out a neighbor accepted it without telling me. I let the company know, but they already processed the refund and told me to keep the product as a goodwill gesture.
At first, I didn't think the face and neck cream would work well, but after using it regularly, I started to see some positive changes in my skin. So, I ordered it again and I'm happy with the results.
