Don’t trust this company with delivery of your product! I ordered 3 weeks before Christmas with a guaranteed delivery before Christmas. On December 27, there was still no update to the tracking, so I emailed the company to let them know I was going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. As soon as I did this, the package was accepted by the USPS. It is painfully obvious that the company simply didn’t ship the package, yet they argued with me about it. Ultimately they refunded my money and yet I’m STILL waiting for the package.

I ordered my glasses 03/09/20 and still haven't received them the tracking number I received doesn't work!! I think I've been scammed!!!
After shipment you'll receive an email that includes tracking number. But due to COVID-19, the logistics was affected and may updated very slowly.
