Mixed feelings about Lark and Berry
I recently purchased a piece of jewelry from Lark and Berry and overall, I was really happy with my experience. I found the website to be easy to navigate and the selection of pieces was impressive.
The prices were definitely on the higher end, but I felt that the quality of the jewelry justified the cost. I ended up getting a white gold ring with diamonds and it is absolutely gorgeous.
The ordering process was straightforward and the shipping was fast. The packaging was also very luxurious, which added to the overall experience.
I did have a minor issue with the sizing of the ring and contacted customer service. They were very helpful and accommodating and quickly arranged for a resize at no additional cost to me.
