I used VRBO to book a vacation in the UK, but they ended up charging me twice and then said they hadn't taken any payment, even though they had. Now I'm having a hard time getting my deposit back from them because they say they don't have a proper way to handle complaints. I recommend avoiding booking with this unreliable third-party company that can't handle disputes effectively.
